If you're looking for a dessert that's refreshing, beautiful, and bursting with summer flavours, this Watermelon Sago is exactly what you need. Inspired by the popular Mohabbat Ka Sharbat, this delightful creation combines juicy watermelon, chewy sago pearls, and colourful jellies into one irresistible bowl of goodness.

Ingredients
• 2 cups watermelon balls
• 1 cup diced coconut water jelly
• 1 cup diced strawberry jelly
• ½ cup cooked sago pearls
• 2 cups chilled milk
• 3–4 tablespoons condensed milk
• 2–3 tablespoons rose syrup or Rooh Afza
• Plenty of ice cubes
Method
If making homemade coconut jelly, dissolve agar agar and mix it with coconut water. Pour into a tray and allow it to set completely before cutting into cubes.
Prepare strawberry jelly separately and cut it into small cubes once set.
Scoop out fresh watermelon.
Boil the sago pearls.
In a large serving bowl, combine the chilled milk, condensed milk, and rose syrup. Stir well until everything is fully mixed.
Add the watermelon balls, coconut jelly, strawberry jelly, and sago to the milk mixture.
Add plenty of ice cubes and gently stir. Serve immediately for the most refreshing experience.
