Summer’s sweetest sip, sorted…

Mangoes and summer are a match made in heaven. Bursting with tropical sweetness and nutrients, this vibrant fruit is the star of our creamy, cooling smoothie. Beat the heat with every refreshing sip!
Ingredients
3 ripe mangoes, peeled & chopped
¼ cup caster sugar (adjust to taste)
½ cup plain unsweetened yoghurt (or curd)
Handful of ice cubes
Optional: ¼ tsp cardamom powder
Method
1. Chop mangoes and blend with sugar to a purée.
2. Add yoghurt and ice, then blitz until smooth.
3. Taste—add more sugar if needed.
4. Pour into glasses and sprinkle cardamom for a fragrant twist.
Tip
For extra creaminess, swap ice cubes with frozen mango chunks.
