ART Fertility Clinics, a global leader in reproductive medicine, recently collaborated with the Mumbai Obstetric & Gynecological Society (MOGS) to host the Annual Conference 2025 - Lab to Life in Mumbai. The event brought together distinguished international and Indian experts in reproductive medicine to discuss cutting-edge advancements in reproductive health.

The gathering featured specialists from various domains including fertility specialists, gynaecologists, embryologists, clinicians, researchers and laboratory technologists. Notable experts in attendance included Prof Dr Human Fatemi, Prof Dr Barbara Lawrenz and Prof Dr Mustafa Baris Ata alongside Indian specialists Dr Sujata Dalvi, Dr Meenakshi Dua and Dr Rajvi Mehta.

Throughout the day-long conclave, attendees engaged in illuminating discussions covering a wide range of topics. Ovarian stimulation, stem cell applications and the impact of paternal ageing on Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) outcomes were thoroughly examined. The conference format incorporated real-life clinical scenarios and interactive panel discussions that highlighted efficient treatment practices.

Uterine environment challenges formed a significant portion of the agenda. Experts addressed key issues including thin endometrium and adenomyosis whilst working to demystify common myths in favour of evidence-based practices. The day concluded with forward-looking discussions on the evolving role of ART laboratories, artificial intelligence in embryology and in vitro maturation (IVM).

Prof Dr Human Fatemi, Group Medical Director at ART Fertility Clinics, emphasised the organisation's commitment to helping patients achieve parenthood. While reproduction is a fundamental part of life, around 15-20% of couples face fertility challenges," he noted. The clinic's approach combines evidence-based research with AI-backed infrastructure to address both male and female infertility challenges.

Since launching in India in 2021, ART Fertility Clinics has established eleven state-of-the-art facilities across the country. Dr Somesh Mittal, Chief Executive Officer, highlighted how these clinics bring global standards of fertility care to India through personalised diagnostics and procedures. By identifying root causes and adopting research-driven strategies, our team ensures care that is safe, compassionate and clinically effective," he explained.

Dr Parul Katiyar, Medical Director, shared insights on their impressive success rates since launching in India. We've achieved notable success rates, often helping patients conceive with their gametes whilst other clinics suggested donor cycles," she remarked. This success stems from their focus on research and personalised care.
