From reversing her own health challenges to building a purpose-driven wellness venture, Namita Sharma’s journey is a testament to resilience, reinvention and redefining success on her own terms

For many, a successful career as a Chartered Accountant would have been enough. But for Namita Sharma, life had a different calling—one that emerged through personal struggle, healing, and an unwavering desire to help others transform their lives.

Behind her professional achievements was a woman silently battling multiple health concerns. From PCOD, thyroid imbalance, cholesterol fluctuations, low sugar levels, back pain, cracked heels, and declining mental health, Namita found herself at a point where change was no longer optional.

“Through my own transformation, I reversed several lifestyle disorders and regained my confidence. I truly met my version 2.0,” she shares. “I got my energy back, and that helped me become better in every role—as a professional, a mother, and a wife.”

What began as a deeply personal wellness journey soon became a larger purpose. As people around her started noticing her transformation and seeking guidance, Namita realised her story could inspire others too.

“If I could achieve these results while living in a joint family, raising two children, and working as a Chartered Accountant, why couldn’t I help others do the same?” she says.

Balancing multiple identities is no easy feat, but Namita credits her support system for making it possible. She acknowledges her husband, Harish Joshi, her Mentor Bharat Sir, her Upline Leader Harsh Sharma and her family for standing by her journey.

“Yes, it is difficult,” she admits. “But with the support of my life partner, my mentor, and my family helping care for my children when I’m working late, I’ve been able to continue building my purpose.”

Through Curv by Sattva, Namita now works closely with women who often place themselves last. Her philosophy is simple yet deeply powerful—self-care is not selfish.

“If you love your family, you first need to learn to love yourself,” she says. “A healthy and strong woman builds a strong generation.”

She often reminds women that while responsibilities are real, excuses can become limiting. “Decision defines destiny,” she says firmly.

Like many working mothers, Namita admits she has experienced guilt.

“My children wait for me when I’m at work, and yes, I feel guilty sometimes. But I also know I am working to create a brighter future for them.”

Deeply rooted in values of humility and service, Namita believes true success lies in empowering others—physically, emotionally, and financially.

“Health is the greatest wealth,” she says. “Money means little if your health is suffering.”

As both a CA and wellness entrepreneur, Namita is building a legacy that blends financial independence with holistic wellbeing—while raising children who already understand the value of both. That, perhaps, is her greatest success story of all.
