            •          Butter: 20 grams

            •          Baking powder: 1/2 tsp

            •          Stevia: 4 sachets (adjust to taste)

 

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix almond flour and eggs. Add almond milk, cocoa powder, and melted dark chocolate to form a batter. Stir in melted butter, baking powder, and stevia. Pour into a greased microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Slice and serve with your favorite keto cappuccino.

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). In a bowl, cream butter and erythritol until fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract. In another bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture to form dough. Roll into balls, flatten, and place on a baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden. Cool and enjoy!
