Two seasoned educators, Dr Shazia Ali and Rohini Rajput, come together with one shared mission — to nurture confident, compassionate children by blending timeless values with thoughtful modern learning

In an era where early education is often reduced to milestones and metrics, Dr Shazia Ali and Rohini Rajput stand apart. With over five decades of combined experience, they lead Nature Kidz Academy not merely as administrators, but as custodians of childhood — shaping minds, emotions and character with intention and care.
A Calling That Chose Them
For Dr Shazia Ali, early childhood education was never an accidental career choice. It emerged from a deep personal conviction shaped by years of observation within rigid learning systems.
“I witnessed how a child’s first learning environment can either ignite curiosity or suppress confidence. That realisation stayed with me,” she reflects. “I became committed to creating a space where children are nurtured, not pressured — where learning begins with love, respect and encouragement.”

That philosophy continues to define Nature Kidz Academy, where emotional security is treated as fundamental, not optional.
Building such a space, however, came with its challenges.
“The greatest test was staying true to quality when compromise would have been easier,” Dr Shazia explains. “From safety standards to selecting the right educators, every decision required patience and discipline. I refused to dilute our values for quick expansion.”
Those early struggles shaped her leadership — firm in standards, compassionate in approach, and unwavering in purpose.
Understanding the Child Beyond the Classroom
Alongside her is Rohini Rajput, whose 26-year journey in education has been marked by quiet insight and deep empathy. She has witnessed a profound shift in children’s emotional worlds.

“Earlier, children were grounded in family interaction and outdoor play. Today, they are exposed to screens, faster lifestyles and early expectations,” she observes. “Their emotional regulation and social skills need far deeper nurturing.”
In response, Nature Kidz Academy strengthened its focus on emotional intelligence, sensory learning and structured routines — ensuring children grow not just academically, but emotionally and socially.
One defining moment stayed with Rohini throughout her career:
“A shy child once refused to speak for weeks. We chose patience over pressure. One day, during storytelling, the child stood up and narrated confidently. That moment taught me that every child blooms in their own time.”
As Principal, that belief guides every classroom environment and teacher training programme.
Where Tradition Meets Tomorrow
Together, Dr Shazia and Rohini share a vision that is both grounded and forward-looking.
“We were united by a belief that children flourish when tradition and modern education walk hand in hand,” they say. “Tradition gives roots; modern learning gives wings.”
At Nature Kidz Academy, respect, discipline and cultural awareness coexist with activity-based learning, moderated digital exposure and experiential education. The goal remains consistent — to raise grounded, adaptable children with strong moral compasses.
As women leading an institution that shapes life’s earliest years, their values are non-negotiable.
“Integrity, compassion, discipline and responsibility guide everything we do,” they emphasise. “Children learn more from what they observe than what they are told. Our conduct must set the example.”
Proof That Values Build Confidence
One child-centred success story reaffirmed their shared purpose.
“A child who struggled with communication and confidence transformed through consistent guidance and emotional encouragement,” they recall. “By year-end, the same child stood on stage, speaking with clarity and pride.”
Moments like these define success at Nature Kidz Academy — quiet transformations that echo far beyond the classroom.

A Message to the Next Generation of Educators
To young women entering early childhood education, Rohini offers clear advice, “Teaching young children is not just a profession — it is a responsibility. Be firm with values, gentle with children, and relentless in self-improvement. Build character before curriculum.”
Together, Dr Shazia Ali and Rohini Rajput exemplify what purposeful leadership looks like — proving that when education is rooted in values and guided by vision, it does more than teach. It shapes futures.
