The star is set to surprise audiences by dubbing for an unusual character in the upcoming anthology film

Prabhas is set to take on a distinctly unconventional assignment with Kokkoroko, an anthology film directed by Srinivas Vasanthala and produced by Ramesh Varma under RV Film House, in collaboration with Niladri Productions. The actor will lend his voice to what is being described as the “hen’s voice” in the film—an unexpected creative choice that has already sparked widespread curiosity.
The film, comprising five different stories, has recently wrapped up production. According to sources close to the project, Prabhas is expected to begin dubbing from January 12, following the release of Raja Saab.

Confirming the buzz doing the rounds in Tollywood, a source from the team shared, “This development has created a lot of excitement among fans. Given Prabhas’ versatility, it is not surprising that he has agreed to experiment with something so distinctive. What makes it intriguing is that no one yet knows how the voice will be used—whether through dialogues, narration, or another creative device.”
The source added that this role, though unconventional, is likely to stand out as a notable addition to Prabhas’ career graph. “With its anthology format and inventive storytelling, Kokkoroko promises to be a unique cinematic experience. The surprise element of Prabhas lending his voice only adds to the anticipation.”
As speculation continues, one question dominates conversations around the film: how will Prabhas sound as the voice of a hen? The makers are keen to keep that detail under wraps, inviting audiences to discover it on the big screen.
For now, all eyes—and ears—are firmly on Kokkoroko!
