In a world where health is often neglected, Jitesh Mogli, Founder of Visdom360, stands out as a 360 degree Human Excellence Coach who champions transformation of mind, body, emotions, and spirit

From Inspiration to Transformation
Jitesh’s journey into fitness began with a simple observation—people often lack self-awareness or discipline until it is too late. “I realised that many people either don’t recognise the importance of transformation or postpone it until health risks catch up with them,” he says. “That’s when I felt the need to guide them—by encouraging a change in mindset and inspiring consistent action on their wellbeing.”
His philosophy of being a ‘360° Human Excellence Coach’ grew from the belief that transformation must be holistic. “A wholesome transformation—mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual—is essential for everyone, regardless of background or circumstances,” he explains. “That’s what 360° represents: a complete alignment of all faculties, creating balance and consistent progress in life.”
For him, this isn’t just a method but a way of life. “When transformation touches every dimension, it becomes a blissful path,” he adds. “That’s why my mantra will always be: Love & Evolve.”
Milestones, Setbacks and Growth
Jitesh’s influences range from Arnold Schwarzenegger’s discipline to the Bhagavad Gita, which he calls “the encyclopaedia of life.” His father, mentor and guide, instilled values of balance and integrity.
A defining moment came when he left a stable corporate role to coach full-time. “Choosing passion over a predictable career was difficult, but it gave me the chance to help others discover their better selves,” he reflects. “That decision, and the choice to work on my own 360° transformation, has been the most fulfilling milestone.”

The path, however, was not without obstacles. “Early in my career, I found it frustrating to deal with individuals who carried strong egos or weren’t open to applying reason,” he recalls. “At times, I wondered if I should simply go back to a corporate job.” Over time, he reframed such struggles. “What kept me grounded was a conscious decision to treat setbacks as lessons. Failure taught me resilience and, in many cases, became the stepping stone to greater success.”
Inside-Out Coaching
From one-to-one sessions to corporate workshops and social initiatives, Jitesh wears many hats but keeps his method simple. “When balance becomes a way of life, it naturally reflects in your work,” he says.
For him, fitness starts within. “Physical health is important, but real transformation begins with mental, emotional, and spiritual strength. When those are in place, external fitness follows effortlessly.”
He works with people of all ages, often devoting weekends to the young. “Helping people between 13 and 25 is particularly rewarding because if they learn the essence of life early, they can set an incredible example for others,” he notes. Unlike many coaches, he avoids exclusivity. “I don’t believe in celebrity coaching. For me, every individual deserves guidance—whether it’s a homemaker, an entrepreneur, or a student.”
For Jitesh, breaking unhealthy cycles begins with awareness. “I look for the patterns that keep people stuck, then show them the real-life consequences of those choices. Once they understand, I design a personalised journey that fits their temperament and needs.” Above all, he relies on empathy. “Often, just giving someone the space to express themselves relieves half their burden.”
Love, Evolve, Inspire

One of Jitesh’s most rewarding experiences was coaching a shy young employee. “He went from being nervous and withdrawn to speaking confidently and leading with clarity,” he recalls. “By applying simple guidance consistently, he rebuilt his confidence and came out stronger than ever.”
He lives the balance he teaches, drawing strength from spirituality, music, and meaningful connections. “As a coach, I can’t just preach balance—I have to live it,” he says. “My alignment with the Higher Soul helps me keep my positivity uncompromised, my spiritual practices and love for music keep me centred, and strong bonds with people I value keep me resilient.”
For him, fitness and mindfulness are inseparable. “Mind and muscle work together,” he stresses. His flagship programme, My Beautiful Mind, helps individuals and leaders decode mental patterns and build inner strength.
Writing and speaking are also central to his journey. “I write from personal experience validated over time, and from professional observation,” he explains. His message stays consistent, “Before anything else, strive to be a loving and evolving human being—someone who adds value to their ecosystem and the planet.”
His life motto, Love & Evolve, remains unchanged. As he concludes: “Fitness isn’t optional—it’s the foundation of a meaningful life. Everything else is secondary.”
