In a proud moment for India on the international stage, Sharada Narayanan, a Bengaluru-based fashion entrepreneur and philanthropist, has been awarded the Mrs. Classique Globe® – Choice of the People Award 2025 at the prestigious global pageant held in Palm Springs, California. The event took place on 21st June at the Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa, drawing contestants from over 30 countries.

What sets this award apart is its deeply democratic spirit—it is bestowed upon the delegate whose story, presence, and mission most profoundly resonate with a global audience through public voting. Sharada Narayanan’s elegance, authenticity, and compelling life journey made her a natural choice, winning hearts across continents.

“This crown is not just an ornament—it’s a symbol of perseverance, purpose, and the power of owning your journey,” shared Sharada, becoming the first Indian woman to receive this title. “It’s proof that even when life takes unexpected turns, staying rooted in your values and dreams will always lead you forward.”

A former corporate professional, armed forces spouse, mother of two, and founder of multiple purpose-led ventures, Sharada has long been a quiet force in women’s empowerment. Her commitment to wellness, leadership, and social transformation was also recognised during the pageant’s preliminary rounds, where she was awarded the Family Values Award—a reflection of her unshakable personal ethics and the foundational role of family in her life.

“Being recognised for family values meant the world to me,” she said. “At the heart of everything I do—whether as a mother, entrepreneur, or mentor—is a desire to create a legacy of strength, compassion, and integrity. This award celebrates that foundation.”

The Mrs. Classique Globe® pageant, known as the world’s foremost platform for women aged 45 and above, is not just about beauty and grace—it celebrates substance, service, and social impact. Proceeds from the event support the WIN Foundation, which uplifts women and communities globally.

Sharada stood out for her deeply human narrative, her seamless ability to connect across cultures, and her clear sense of purpose. As the Choice of the People winner, she emerged not only as a queen of hearts but also as a beacon of hope and determination.

Back home, Sharada is best known as the founder of Metamorphosis, a boutique fashion label, and the visionary behind Virya Trust, a non-profit organisation working to uplift underprivileged women through vocational training and economic initiatives. Her dual passion for creativity and community impact has earned her immense respect in both fashion and philanthropic circles.
