Jyoti Kullu’s journey is a testament to what happens when passion refuses to wait its turn

Jyoti’s story is not one of linear steps, but of leaps — bold, intuitive, purpose-driven leaps that took her from corporate meeting rooms to a vibrant world where pets, people, creativity, and consciousness beautifully intersect. Her journey is a testament to passion, discipline, and an extraordinary will to build something that truly matters.
Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from IHM Kolkata, Jyoti began her career in the hospitality stream — a field that sharpened her operational thinking and taught her the art of anticipating needs before they were spoken. “IHM didn’t just prepare me for the industry; it prepared me for life. It shaped how I serve, how I lead, and how I care, every single day,” she says.
She carried these values into her first professional chapter at ADP, where she rapidly rose from Background Verification Consultant to Trainer and then Business Analyst. The pace was demanding, the learning immense — but the whisper of a deeper purpose was growing louder. “I enjoyed the growth, but my heart kept nudging me elsewhere. I knew I wasn’t meant to stay behind a desk forever,” she reflects.
That whisper became a calling — and Jyoti answered with courage.
Guided by a lifelong love for animals, she founded Zoomies, where she now proudly serves as Owner and Chief Visionary Officer. Zoomies is more than a pet care & boarding centre; it is an emotion, a promise of comfort and joy for every furry soul that walks through its doors. “I wanted to create a place where pets feel safe, understood and loved — a home, not a facility,” she shares.

Her entrepreneurial spirit is beautifully complemented by a rich creative and spiritual life. A certified yoga teacher trained across Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra, Jyoti grounds herself through movement and mindfulness. “Yoga keeps me centred — it’s where my clarity comes from.”
She is also an artist at heart — a dancer skilled in Bollywood, Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba and now exploring Kathak; and a painter with a Diploma in Fine Arts. Creativity, for Jyoti, is not a hobby — it is an extension of her identity. “Whether I’m dancing, painting, or working with pets, I’m expressing the same thing — joy.”
Today, Jyoti stands as a woman who refused to choose between her talents. She blended them — brilliantly.
Her life is proof that passion with purpose is unstoppable. And Jyoti Kullu is just getting started.
