Rooted in tradition and guided by purpose, Srilatha Vegi is redefining everyday wellness through purity, patience and an unshakeable belief in mindful living

Srilatha Vegi’s story is not one of overnight success, but of quiet conviction — built steadily from childhood memories, professional discipline and a deep respect for nature. Founder of Paripurni Organic Products Pvt Ltd, a cold-pressed oils manufacturing brand, Srilatha has carved a distinctive space in India’s conscious food movement by returning to age-old practices with modern integrity.
Raised in Visakhapatnam, surrounded by the sea, greenery and a culture of simple living, Srilatha recalls how her earliest lessons came from her kitchen.
“In our home, food was always prepared traditionally — fresh, clean and chemical-free. Those early experiences taught me that true wellness begins with what we consume,” she shares.
Those impressions stayed with her and quietly shaped the philosophy that would later become Paripurni Organics.
Before entrepreneurship, Srilatha spent 17 years in the wireless network solutions industry, a journey that sharpened her professional instincts.
“My corporate life taught me discipline, customer service and the importance of reliability. Understanding systems and quality control helped me build trust — which is just as critical in food as it is in technology,” she explains.
That corporate rigour became the backbone of her entrepreneurial approach.
The turning point arrived in 2020, a year of global introspection.

“People were suddenly thinking deeply about health. I felt a strong urge to offer something pure and trustworthy — starting from my own home,” she recalls.
What began modestly soon evolved into Paripurni Organics, rooted in the belief that pure intentions naturally grow.
At the heart of the brand is her philosophy, “Pure food creates a pure life.”
“We source high-quality seeds directly from farmers and extract oils using traditional wooden cold-press methods. No chemicals. No preservatives. No shortcuts,” Srilatha says.
This commitment preserves nutrients, aroma and authenticity — setting Paripurni apart in a crowded market.
Expanding across Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Mumbai was not without hurdles.
“From building a trustworthy supply chain to educating customers in competitive markets, the journey tested my resilience,” she admits.
Yet, consistency and quality became her strongest allies.
For Srilatha, business is also about responsibility.
“Arogya, Aishwarya and Anandam are not just words. They guide how we work — from supporting farmers and women-empowerment initiatives to health awareness programmes,” she shares.
Despite growing demands, she remains grounded.
“My family is my biggest support. Meditation, gratitude and staying connected to my purpose help me stay balanced,” she says.
Her message to aspiring women entrepreneurs is simple yet powerful, “You don’t have to start big, but you must start. When passion meets consistency, businesses are born — and when women follow purpose, they inspire generations.”
