The modern Indian favourite brings its signature blend of nostalgia and innovation to Netaji Subhash Place

Anardana’s journey across India gathers fresh momentum with the opening of its 11th outlet at Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi — a neighbourhood known for its youthful energy and ever-evolving food culture. More than a geographical expansion, the new address signals the brand’s steady intent to reinterpret Indian flavours and spaces for a contemporary audience.

Hot on the heels of its Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj opening, the NSP outlet feels like a natural progression rather than a milestone announcement. Anardana has built its identity on familiarity reimagined, and this new space continues that narrative — where comfort food meets considered design and storytelling.

“Every Anardana space is imagined as an experience, not just a place to eat,” says Dr Ritesh Malik, Founder of Anardana. “Reaching our 11th outlet at Netaji Subhash Place is special because it allows us to engage with a new, dynamic audience while staying true to our core values of warmth, creativity, and authenticity.”

The interiors strike a balance between old-world charm and urban sophistication. Terracotta-toned walls glow under soft geometric lighting, while glass-block lattice partitions subtly define the space. A cascading installation of metal bells forms a dramatic overhead canopy, complemented by contemporary Indian artworks and a sculptural peacock that adds a playful, cultural accent without tipping into excess.

On the plate, Anardana remains comfortably familiar yet quietly inventive. Much-loved signatures such as the Anardana Butter Chicken Bombs, Palak Patta Chaat, and Dilli Kulcha Tacos anchor the menu, while seasonal chef specials — exclusive to the NSP outlet — nod to the area’s lively, modern palate.

With its 11th opening, Anardana reinforces what has become its hallmark: dining spaces that feel rooted yet refreshed, and menus that honour tradition while allowing room for reinvention. At Netaji Subhash Place, the brand doesn’t just serve food — it invites diners into another thoughtfully crafted moment in its evolving story.
